Sandra's surgery

Sandra is having what she calls minor surgery on Tuesday and I was going to post a funny surgery pic, but the only funny surgery pics I could find were of men, and since her surgery isn't a sex change (or is it???) I didn't think they would be appropriate, but if you can find a suitable funny surgery pic please post it because I'm sure that Sandra would appreciate it.
