March's UPS Motivational Slogan

"Let's gracefully show that, as a matter of fact, you do know it all".

wtf?
What ever happened to "The customer is always right"???

And what's that have to do with the photo?
It's like a security cam shot of a UPS worker unloading boxes in China Town.

Are they suggesting UPS workers know Chinese?
Or know where to take boxes without supervision?

This might be the worst slogan AND the worst photo of the year (I haven't looked ahead though, so I might be wrong).
